Entrepreneurs in Jalisco state, Mexico, have created a programme, ‘Jalisco Sin Hambre’ (Jalisco without hunger) designed to support the most vulnerable people through the Covid-19 crisis. The programme was started in late April and aims to distribute 450,000 packages of basic grocery supplies during the next six months. In the first two weeks, 40,000 packages of basic grocery supplies have been set up and are distributed daily and biweekly.
