Our Project - Smart City
A Smart city is an urban area that uses different types of electronic Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to collect data and then use insights gained from that data to manage assets, resources and services efficiently. This includes data collected from citizens, devices, and assets that is processed and analyzed to monitor and manage traffic and transportation systems, power plants, utilities, water supply networks, waste management, crimedetection information systems, schools, libraries, hospitals, and other community services.
Our role is significant with our government accelerator program that usually forms the first level of networking between private businesses and government bodies. Often, way before any Ideas have been realized, Skyhigh.vip will play an important role in gathering relevant business information and feedback.
NEOM
NEOM is the vision of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman and is a centerpiece of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 Vision plan to grow and diversify the Saudi economy and position the country to play a leading role in global development. While NEOM is being driven and initially funded by Saudi Arabia, it is an international project that will be led, populated and funded by people from all over the world.
Skyhigh.vip was first approached in mid 2016 with regard to the investor segment to bring about interest groups / investors from the Asia Pacific region and till date has linked over 110 business with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is currently moving on to its second term for development & research into Fintech Infrastructure.
Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City
Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City is a 50-50 joint-venture company established by Guangzhou Development District Administrative Committee (GDDAC) and CapitaLand. GKC Co is responsible for developing the Southern Start-Up Area. China and Singapore have collaborated strategically in technological innovation, city development, intellectual property rights, talent exchange and training and investment promotion, etc., making CSGKC a new benchmark for the deepening of all-round cooperation between China and Singapore.
Skyhigh.Vip has tapped into the joint-venture and with the invitation of the GKC committee, expanded into China with the opening of our first China branch at OneLink International Building and has ever since become a connecting bridge for GKC and the rest of the world.
Smart City AZ
It all started with Bill Gates who invested $80 million to purchase land just 45 miles west of Phoenix. Belmont Arizona is planned to be designed with high-speed networks, accommodate autonomous vehicles, high-speed digital networks, high tech data centers, new manufacturing technologies and autonomous logistics hubs. A total of 24,800 acres, 3,800 of it will be devoted to office, commercial, and retail space, while 470 acres will be set aside for public schools.
Its still very early in itsinfancy stage of planning but Smart City AZ has big plans lined up with stellar class investors waiting to start the action once certain issues have been resolved such as water and transportation and Skyhigh.vip is keen to embark on this ambitious project in Arizona.
Songdo International Business District
Songdo International Business District in South Korea is a prime example of a new city that brings together the world’s best technologies, building design and eco-friendly practices to create the ultimate lifestyle and work experience. Built from the ground up on reclaimed land near the Yellow Sea, the $35-billion-dollar Songdo project is a model for smart cities around the globe.
Since 2014, Skyhigh.vip has acted as the trade representative office for Songdo outside of Korea for the US And Europe region and the contract has recently ended in 2019.
