Terms & Conditions
Please read all “Terms and Conditions” below carefully before any purchase:
Buyers will be bound by all Terms and Conditions below if any packages purchasing happens.
The following terms and conditions (except invalid terms in specific regions or beyond the scope of this contract) will take effect since signing for both transactions of products and services between SKYHIGH.VIP Pte Ltd (“the Seller”) and the purchaser (“the Buyer”),and the purchaser (“the Buyer”) should abide by all following provisions formulated by SKYHIGH VIP Pte Ltd (“the Seller”).
1. Definitions:
“Agreement” includes all Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, order forms
and payment instructions provided to you.
“Membership package” is equal to “service package” which we sell.

“Privacy Policy” means the policy displayed on our official Website and company which details how we collect and store your personal data.
“you”, “your” and “yours” refer to the buyers of the “Membership Package”
“we”, “us” and “our” refer to SKYHIGH VIP Pte Ltd, where is in 3 Temasek Avenue, Level 18, Centennial Tower, Singapore 039190
“Customer” means the companies, partners, sole traders, individuals, cooperative companies or organization or associations placing the order.
2 Contract and Package
2.1. Any contract for the supply of “Membership package” is made between you and SKYHIGH VIP Pte Ltd (Singapore). You agree to supply complete and accurate information for SKYHIGH.VIP which are necessary for the cooperation. The buyer should supply complete information of credit card or debit card which has enough payments for the deal.
2.2. You are the exclusive user of “Membership package” which is bought by you, it is forbidden to resell or transfer “Membership package” to another party. You are not allowed to act as an agent for another party to supply “Membership package”.
2.3. We reserve the final interpretation right of all relevant prices information listed on the proposal in the future. We also reserve the right to change or terminate any product or service of SKYHIGH.VIP Pte Ltd.
3. Price and Payment:
3.1. All prices listed are accurate when they come out, however we reserve the right to change them in the future. The quoted price does not include VAT.
3.2. All payment should be paid off before the commencement of the “Membership package”.
4. Personal Information:
4.1. When we ask information needed for “Membership package” from you, all informations you supplied should be accurate and complete.
4.2. You authorize us to use, store or process your personal information in order to provide you the “Membership package “and to target and to target Membership
service (the “Purpose”). The “Purpose” may include the disclosure of your personal information to third parties or judicial procedures from time to time, which are necessary for procedures of the “Membership package”. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

4.3. You are entitled to request a copy of the personal information we hold on you. Please contact us if you need.
5. Unlawful Use: Customer shall not use the “Membership package” for any unlawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to offering of any service which violet any applicable law or regulation, abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, pornographic or which could be considered offensive in any other way. SKYHIGH VIP Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any content of violation or wrongful usage.

7. Complaints / Disputes: We take feedbacks very seriously and aim to respond to your complaints within 5 business days. All complaints should be sent to: info@skyhigh.vip
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1. Great care has been taken to ensure mostly that the information available on official website are correct and error free. We apologise for any errors or omissions that may have occurred. We cannot always warrant that use of the website will be error free always. But we will change and revise immediately when we find the bugs in time. Meanwhile, we claim that we cannot guarantee that our website server operates without any virus affects or other technical vulnerabilities.
8.2. We do not assume any liability to you beyond the fullest permissible extent for the supply of the Membership Services under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If we are found liable for any loss or damage to you, such liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Membership Services. We cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage or expense, including any direct or indirect loss such as loss of profits to you howsoever arising. This limitation of liability does not apply to personal injury or death arising as a direct result of our negligence.
9. Cancellation of Membership:
9.1. There is to be no cancellation on any Chamber or Club membership purchased during any sales promotion.
9.2. In the event of cancellation before 25 working days, A written email has to be
sent to info@skyhigh.vip , “title : Cancellation of Membership”
9.3. After 25 working days or “cooling period”, No cancellation or refund will be entertained.

10. General:
10.1. We may alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.
10.2. Payment must be made at the time of signing for the “Membership Package” from us. Failure to pay on time will result in a late payment charge which shall be calculated as interest on the amount due at a rate of 5% over our bank’s lending rate. Interest will be charged on a daily basis from the date of invoice to the date of actual receipt of payment in cleared funds.
10.3. The Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, order forms and payment instructions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. No other terms whether expressed or implied shall form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and any other terms or provisions on the Website, Terms and Conditions in this agreement shall prevail.
10.4. If any term or condition of our Agreement shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties hereby agree that such term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in force without such term or condition.
10.5. These Terms and Conditions in our agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Singapore. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Singapore.
10.6. No delay, failure or remedies to enforce our rights under the agreement, shall constitute a waiver on our part of such rights or remedies, unless such waiver is confirmed in writing.
10.7. Skyhigh.vip Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the By-Laws or any Terms and Conditions implemented in accordance with the By-Laws, without prior notice and Members shall be deemed to have notice and shall abide with such amendments accordingly.
